Welcome to the Division of Allied Health Sciences!
We are proud of the seven (7) dynamic separately accredited health care professions housed in the Division of Allied Health Sciences within the College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences. The Health Science program majors include: Clinical Laboratory Science, Health Sciences and Management, Nutritional Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, and Radiation Therapy. Graduate degree programs offered include Nutritional Science, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. Program descriptions and admission guidelines for each program is posted on the website and I invite you to explore the specific Allied Health Science program of interest or to contact the specific department chairperson. The Howard University Allied Health Science Programs are rigorous, highly competitive, culturally diverse, community oriented, research based programs. Our graduates are prepared to work with both traditional and underserved populations in local, National and international communities. We are in the business of graduating leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, researchers, and outstanding clinical practitioners.
